Terms of service
1. The service
The service lets you upload photos of your jewellery and generate new images of the same products using artificial intelligence. The operator of this website ("we") provides the service as is.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for your business.
3. Credits and payment
- Images are paid with credits, bought in one time packs. Credits do not expire.
- The number of credits per image is shown before every render.
- Credits for renders that fail technically are returned automatically.
- Because credits are a digital service delivered immediately on request, the statutory withdrawal right ends once you start using credits. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
4. Your uploads
You may only upload photos you own or are allowed to use. You keep all rights to your uploads. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service.
5. Generated images
You may use the images you generate for any lawful commercial purpose. AI output can contain errors. Check every image before publishing and do not use images that misrepresent your product, its materials, stones or quality. You are responsible for the claims you make with the images.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal, misleading, infringing or harmful content, or to depict real people without their consent. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit.
8. Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
