What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and send receipts.
• The product photos you upload and the images you generate.
• Your credit balance and purchase history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Details you send through the wholesale form.

Why

Only to provide the service, process payments, answer your requests and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and do not use your images for advertising without your permission.

Processors

• Supabase: accounts, database and image storage.
• OpenAI: image generation. Uploads are sent to OpenAI to create your images.
• Stripe: payments.
• Our hosting provider: running the website.

Retention

We keep your account and images while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
